Dear All,

Warm regards. The spring has brought sun and smiles. It is time to rejoice ,meet old friends, cherish and re-live the TVMC days. On behalf all TVMC-UK ,we would like to invite you and your family for great day out on Saturday -MAY 9th.

Due to a slight glitch, the venue had to be moved a bit south to young and vibrant city of miltonkeynes. the venue is at a lovely rural setting at outskirts of Miltonkeynes less than 5 miles from J13 and J14 of M1.

Catering:

• Delicious variety Lunch (Veg&nonveg) -- by Chennai Dosa.
• Evening Barbeque style -- hot dosa in the gardens -by Chennai Dosa

Events:

• Details will follow. would include entertainments for kids, indoor and outdoor games for adults. (there is large green field with proper cricket pitch waiting for us).

Car park:

• There is enough car park for upto 35 cars and more off road parkings.

Registration Fee:

• As agreed in the last meeting this will be £40 for single person and £60 for a family .

Places to stay in miltonkeynes:

• There are numerous hotels including travel lodge,premierinn and holiday inn which are less than 5-10 miles form the venue. www Booking Com
• There are numerous other attractions in miltonkeyens. you can make it a proper holiday too for your family.
• Woburn safari and Woburn Abbey is just 3 miles away . It is a great day out for kids.the safari also boasts one of the largest deer parks in the world with more than 10 species. see www.woburn.co.uk for more details

Country Walks:

• The Villages around this area have numerous walks and scenic routes.

Central MK:

• This is one of the largest shopping complexes in Europe with all high street and designerbrands ,x-scape -indoor ski slope and cinemas. Legoland , guliivers land, go karting circuit -for kids. Willen lake for watersports. see http://www.mkweb.co.uk/places_to_visit/home.asp for further details.

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR ORGANISING KIDS GAMES, PARTY GAMES FOR ADULTS IF ANYONE INTERSTED IN DANCE, SINGING, MAGIC SHOWS, etc etc.it will be pleasure .
